Greater Creative- Squares

‘Squares’ is being designed, developed and made with, for and by the local residents of Blackwell Parish. This project is hosted by Greater Creative and is supported by Platform Thirty1.

Throughout 2025 we’ll be embarking on a new collective community adventure to make lots of yarn and textile squares! We anticipate ‘squares’ will be made in people’s homes and in community social settings to bring people together for a new cross parish creative project.

Once the squares are made they’ll then be joined up in Autumn and then presented for a festive display in the form of ‘creative Christmas trees’ and showcased for the wider parish to enjoy throughout December 2025.
